Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
IASTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of IASTV to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide IASTV's Copyright Agent with the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site
- Your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the allegedly infringing material is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district
Repeat Infringers
IASTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and in its sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. IASTV will also at its sole discretion limit access to IASTV and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
